1. All body hair should be removed by shaving, or the use of commercial depilatories at least twice a week, more if necessary to remain smooth. Facial hair such as beards and mustaches, are strictly forbidden. Advanced sissies should have periodic body waxing and/or their body hair permanently removed with laser or electrolysis treatment.
2. If possible, hair on top of the head should be grown out to a longer length, with sideburns trimmed short or removed. Hair may be dyed, streaked, or tinted. Hair should be shampooed and conditioned daily and kept neatly arranged, brushed, combed, and styled, and should have their hair permed and set in a feminine style. Feminine hair pins, flowers, and bows should be used to keep the hair controlled and add interest.
3. Fingernails and toenails must be kept in immaculate condition at all times. Fingernails should be grown to a longer length and shaped in a feminine style and painted with a clear polish or kept buffed to a nice shine. Advanced sissies will wear colorful nail polish such as red or pink at all times and will have periodic mani/pedi treatments at a nail salon.
4. Only female undergarments will be worn daily such as: panties, girdles, panty girdles, pettipants, garter belts, full-fashion hose, stay-up hose, slips, teddies, chemises, bras, corsets, etc. At least 4 of these items will be worn—under normal male attire when necessary—every day. Advanced sissies will wear at least two female outer garments with their male attire in addition to the undergarments. 5. Loungewear around the house will consist of such things as: feminine pajamas, girl's short shorts, capris, feminine sandals or flip-flops with painted toes showing, blouses, tube tops, cute girlie tops, mini-skirts, heels, sun-dresses, etc.
6. Sleep attire will consist of feminine nightgowns, teddies, or nighties. Bra and falsies will be worn to bed also. Advanced sissies will also wear a wig and makeup to bed.
7. Only feminine deodorants, shampoos, conditioners, skincare, personal hygiene, and fragrances will be used.
8. Eyebrows will be plucked and shaped at least once a week to achieve a more feminine appearance. Hints of makeup should be used daily, even with male attire. Choose one type of makeup each day and use it lightly so as not to be too obvious, e.g., lightly penciled brows of a touch of mascara. Advanced sissies will use more makeup and be more obvious. Advanced sissies will also have ears pierced and wear appropriate earrings in each ear.
9. Each day, perform some chore or service for a woman without compensation. Examples: make and serve coffee at the office, run errands, carry packages, give up your seat or place in line.
10. Once a week, cross-dress as completely as possible and live as if you are a woman. Wear makeup, wig, and dress in a complete ensemble with appropriate accessories, including bracelets, rings, necklace, earrings, dress, hose, heels, purse, etc. Spend a minimum of four hours as a woman. Take at least one picture to keep in an album. While dressed, carry out an appropriate feminine chore or activity, e.g., housework, laundry, sewing, kitchen duties, shopping. Advanced sissies will cross-dress completely 7 or more times a week and will frequently appear in public as a female.
11. In the presence of a woman or a group of women you will always be passive and subordinate. Always smile and present a cheerful outlook. Don't argue with a woman or presume to correct her. Always be obedient, cooperative and courteous. Open doors, hold chairs, and be very attentive when you are asked to act as an escort or chauffeur. Never make sexual overtures or attempt an aggressive role in social relationships. Advanced sissies will be noticeable obsequious in public and in the presence of a Mistress or Dominant woman.
12. Exercise regularly, follow a sensible diet, get plenty of sleep, and keep your body physically fit and trim. A healthy sissie is a happy and useful sissie!
13. Once a month, mimic the female menstrual cycle. If possible, keep this on a calendar or use an app for this purpose. Pay attention to heavy and light days, fertile and ovulation days, and track your moods. Keep pantyliners, pads, and tampons in your purse for emergencies. Stay chaste during your cycle.
14. Maintain a regular diary of feminine thoughts and your cross-dressing experiences. Keep notes on purchases, exercises, diet, good deeds, feminine activities, and social interactions. Note what you did well, and also note where you need to improve. Keep track of your menstrual cycle and sexual life.
15. Read women's magazines daily for information on trends and fashion. Also read women's books daily such as romance. Watch TV shows and ads of interest to women, e.g., skin-care ads, soap operas, gossip, dancing, and fashion shows.
16. Cultivate a feminine hobby such as: doll collecting, needlework, cooking, floral arrangements.
17. Choose a feminine name and use it as much as possible. Practice cursive writing that looks more feminine, dotting the i's with little hearts and decorating with smiley faces, flowers, or other feminine touches.
18. Study feminine mannerisms and speech patterns and do your best to imitate them, even when dressed as a male. Always sit to pee. Practice sitting with knees together or legs crossed at the ankles. Bend your wrists and elbows and carry your arms above your waist. Practice a shorter gait and make your hips swing a little.
19. If possible, stay locked in a chastity device to prevent masturbation and erections. This will also help you to focus on feminization.
